The Cascade Fixation Yarn is 98.3% cotton and 1.7% elastic. Handwash in cold water. No bleach. Dry flat. Do not iron or dryclean. So many babies and toddlers are wearing headbands whether simple and plain or decorated abundantly. For tiny babies we prefer small and sweet just as they are.
